works good but
make sure you have the right size as the base will twist (obviously), but ...if your rib width is close to the minimum width the sight will work well...if not, you might want to look for another...the sizes quoted are approximate as for example, a 400 width starts at .328...i bought the 400, but it was too wide and had too much sideplay (my rib is .335)...i then bought the 300 which the max width is .328...my .335 rib to base fit was great...so, you almost need to try it first, although the packages are sealed...
